9. AI Safety and Moderation

• Investigate suspicious activity

We reserve the right to deny generation requests or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Third-Party AI Models and Providers

Ezier.AI integrates third-party AI models and infrastructure providers.

Depending on the selected model or workflow, prompts and uploaded content may be processed by third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• OpenAI
• Google
• Alibaba
• Kuaishou
• MiniMax
• Runway
• Other AI infrastructure providers

By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such processing where necessary to provide AI functionality.

11. Credits and Subscription System

Credits
